1. 主要工作地点：美国
2. 任职基本要求：
（1） 本科及以上学历；
（2） 对美洲市场和文化有较深入了解，具多年国际公司工作经历；
（3） 具较强的战略规划，体系建设，团队管理、产销研一体协同能力。
3. 主要工作职责：
（1） 根据集团公司全球发展战略，制定美洲投资经营和市场拓展的战略规划，组织实施美洲市场战略部署；
（2） 负责制定美洲公司经营管理目标和方针，确定中长期规划和年度经营计划；
（3） 领导全面开展美洲公司投资、销售、市场等工作，并统筹指导美洲各分公司投资建设与运营工作。
（二）欧洲区CEO（1名）
1. 主要工作地点：荷兰
2. 任职基本要求：
（1） 本科及以上学历；
（2） 对欧洲市场和文化有较深入了解，具多年国际公司工作经历；
（3） 具较强的战略规划，体系建设，团队管理、产销研一体协同能力。
3. 主要工作职责：
（1） 根据集团公司全球发展战略，制定欧洲投资经营和市场拓展的战略规划，组织实施欧洲市场战略部署；

Job Description: CEO (US)
1.Job Summary
The CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership for DBN Group in America by working with the Board to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies that the Board of Directors fulfils its mission. The CEO is responsible for the administration of the comprehensive program, leading the marketing, sales, and investments. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors. The CEO is expected to serve as the representative for DBN Group in America and must demonstrate professional ethics.
2. Requirements:
ž Bachelor degree or above；
ž Deep understanding of American market and culture, and years of working experience in international companies；
ž Strong ability of strategic planning, system construction, team management, and production-sales-research.
3. Responsibilities:
ž Formulating the strategic plan of investment management and market expansion in the Americas; And organizing and implement the strategic deployment of the Americas market based on the global development strategy.
ž Formulating the management objectives and policies of American companies; And determining the mid-and-long term goals, and annual business plans.
ž Leading the investment, sales and marketing of American companies in an all-round way; And coordinating the investment, construction and operation of branches in America.
4. Job location: USA
Job Description: CEO (EU)
1.Job Summary
The CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership for DBN Group in Europe by working with the Board to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies that fulfils its mission. The CEO is responsible for the administration of the comprehensive program, leading the marketing, sales, and investments. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors. The CEO is expected to serve as the representative for DBN Group in Europe and must demonstrate professional ethics.
2. Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, 55 years old or younger.
Deep understanding of European market and culture, and years of working experience in international companies.
Strong ability of strategic planning, system construction, team management, and production-sales-research.
3. Responsibilities:
Formulating the strategic plan of investment management and market expansion of European; And organizing and implement the strategic deployment of the European market based on the global development strategy.
Formulating the management objectives and policies of European companies; And determining the mid-and-long term goals, and annual business plans.
Leading the investment, sales and marketing of European companies in an all-round way; And coordinating the investment, construction and operation of all European branches.
4. Job location：Netherlands
